Use of cold/hot water, bed linen and towels are normally included in the price while final cleaning, electricity, telephone and heating are usually to be paid extra. All the extras are specified in the price list, anyway we suggest to check with the agency at the moment of reservation, which are the extras to be paid to the property. -
Swimming pools
Swimming pools are usually available from 1st June to 30 September. Many owners will agree to open them before or later. So we suggest to make specific request for availibility of pool out of season. Remembar that pool towels are rarely provided. -

Although most of the properties we offer are located in the countryside, pets are not always permitted. Please check with the agents if the property chosen accepts animals, and even in this case, be sure to advise about the size of che animal you are bringing with you. An estra payment can be asked for extra cleaning. -

Roads
Most roads leading to the properties are not asphalted (dirt or gravel) so it is possible, after a storm, to find them in bad quality. -
Water and electricity
Water shortages sometimes occur due to long dry periods (July and August), so we ask you to be as sparing as possible. Voltage for electrical appliances is 220 Volts. Most of the properties has limited devices wich can cause a black-out if many appliances are used at the same time. We ask you to be careful and not to use many appliances at the same time or leave the light on when not necessary. Where not included in the rental price electricity will be calculated per Kilowatt. -
Cooking service
This service is generally provided by excellent local cooks, skilled in preparing traditional dishes. They are available only upon request so it is better to ask for cooking service at the moment of the booking. You will arrange with the owner the way of payment which can be per person or per hour. -
Languages
Some owners or key-holders do not speak English. Past experience has proved that the warm welcome and a glass of a good wine have always overcome any difference of language. Anyway if there are problems of understanding you can always ask our help
